PRODUCTION TEAM LEAD (2ND SHIFT)-Performs duties to lead manufacturing department activities under the supervision of the Shift Supervisor to achieve production objectives. In addition, this position leads and supports continuous improvement projects and preventive maintenance activities.


  • Supervises and direct production to meet customer requirements

  • Helps schedule employees to meet planned production goals

  • Enforces all MacLean-Fogg policies and procedures

  • Communicates and interacts with Shift Supervisors, Production Control, and Quality Assurance

  • Completes shift reports regarding productivity, quality, manpower allocations, shift activities and safety

  • Help evaluate personnel

  • Constantly monitor production to ensure operations are running to standard

  • Coordinates first aid and/or emergency treatment for injured employees, and conducts accident investigations. Implements immediate and long-term corrective actions regarding safety issues

  • Help drive the shift 5S program and standards, and ensures compliance and continual improvement


  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED

  • 1-3 years leadership experience preferred in a manufacturing environment

  • Must have good organizational skills and a high level of reliability

  • Must be team oriented

  • Must have excellent verbal and written skills
